What you say about Finskiy's Canadian experience is true. But remember that he hired himself a small army of Canadian, & British experts in his various companies [CMM, WTG, Zaruma] (e.g. lawyers, accountants, mine managers, baught & paid-for board members, etc.). What he failed to understand, in the final analysis, is that there are rules to protect minority shareholders, and that CMM's minority shareholders are not a bunch of subservient serfs. Now it appears that even his expensive "hired-hands" won't be able to save his bacon. To that outcome I can only say: AMEN!!!
