" But, we know better....... " Yes we are pretty sure we do. But the big question is.....do the regulatory bodies who are to make sure things are on the up and up for the small investor. Far too often, they accept what a company says withour putting it under the microscope. It isn't very often that a group of small investors has a knowledgeble committee working on an equal footing to keep the regulators looking fairly at both sides. I'm still concerned that the playing field is tipped towards the big guys in spite of the committee. So they have their work cut out for them.
According to the announcement put out by WTG, we have just 20% objecting. That doesn't seem enough to stop this theft. I know there are quite a few shares where the vote is unknown as where it will fall. Also, many shares go unvoted. How will they figure in all this?
