Nice calculation.... You are absolutely right on the mark.
There has been more money "MINED" from 'shareholders' or investors by people looking for gold than has ever been brought out of the ground. This goes back in history to all conquests of man to find it and the money they invested to do that. This would include the the safaries to Africa, the Crusades to the Middle East, the treks to the Far East and the conquest of the Americas.
There has been precious little of it ever discovered and mined.
A total of 165,000 tonnes of gold have been mined in human history, as of 2009.

It appears the the "Gold Fever" of Finsky and company is making a very contrived effort to "MINE" the gold from the CMM shareholders. These people are obviously very intelligent and devious. They are playing all the angles in a very big game of cat and mouse.... catch me if you can.
We cannot back down!!!! We now have access to all information about what happens almost immediately through the wonderful technology of the day. These "Devious" people have hopefully underestimated our ability to take action against this attempt to take over this resource by their manipulations.
Everyone with any interest in this, for the sake of their money and princple of it all, needs to makes every effort to stop this fiasco.
They (Finsky et al) will do this in a totally legal manner, on the surface, by complying with every regulation required to complete the merger of this company and all otheres on their list. We have to expose what is happening benieth the facade of legality.
I have contacted every regulatory body and contributed to the fund. I will do so again as required. We must win this for the principle of it as well as to preserve our investment.
Yes I am in it for the money, as everyone else is I'm sure, but I think the precident that this case sets will be an indicator of the power of the regualtory bodies to keep the playing field level for everyone....
Just another SFK (stupid F'n knucklehead) investor......
