I called back…they asked me if I received the proxy materials and whether I had any questions with regards to said materials. I stated that I had no questions. They asked whether it was something I felt I could support to which I said I could not. When asked whether I had reasons to not support, I referred the representative to last night's MarketWire news release by the Concerned Shareholders Committee (she did not seem aware of it btw). I stated that it contained a veritable manifesto of clearly articulated facts regarding why the merger was only supported with a NO vote for both resolutions. In closing the rep said that they would bring this to the attention of the file manager.

ADDENDUM:

Any shareholder should actively call this number to voice their displeasure (if that's how they feel). I would imagine they are providing feedback to CENTURY – Make these guys get worried that our collective and overwhelming NO vote is coming.
