Dear all,
Please note that I am Dutch and of course I'd like to vote against but since this international voting process is quite new to me and some of my fellow Dutch CMM shareholders, I'd like to get some assistance here.
We just received emails here in the Netherlands from Dutch brokers which I will try to translate, but it makes it sound as if it's already a done deal:
Dear Mr *****,
We would like to inform you of the following. You are the owner of shares in Century Mining Corp. Century Mining Corp. will merge with White Tiger Gold.
Accepting this offer
The following offer is presented as a result of this merger. You can choose from:
Option 1: 1 old share Century Mining Corp entitles you to 0.4 new shares White Tiger Gold. Tax may be deducted from this.
Option 2: 1 old share Century Mining Corp. entitles you to 0.4 exchangeable shares White Tiger Gold. These exchangeable shares can be exchanged at any moment for shares White Tiger Gold and will be exchanged for shares White Tiger Gold automatically after five years. You can only register for this option via the Service Desk.
You may register for this offer until the 7th of September 2011 17:30 (CET). In case you don't repond, we will automatically register you for option 1.
Now - clearly we are not in favour and wish to vote no. Can we, being foreign voters , also vote through investorvote.com? If so, what is the control number that we need to fill in? Is that a personal number - does it mean we need to officially register our shares? Thanks - I know from experience there are more people here struggling with this...
