Have just been in touch with my broker and they didn't have any other information than what I sent them. I even had to teach them about the SEDAR website. And this is considered one of the most professional brokers out here - I can only imagine what happens to other foreign shareholders.

I just sent them the proxy form and the proxy sollicitation which clearly shows that it IS possible for shareholders to vote NO!
