I agree with your Finskiy owned shares. But don't forget about the others (although relatively few...let's count them!!:

Finskiy = 111,913,215

Scola = 992,857

McNutt = 300,000

Sheridan = 50,000

TOTAL = 113,256,072 shares excluded

I would agree with your numbers from the AGM..generally 30-35% don't turn out at all to vote. This is good for us in this vote...because these votes DO NOT count either way. Especially if the ones who don't turn out were YES votes :-)

As far as I can see in a scan of the MIC; the 50.5 million(Finskiy) plus the 6.15 million (Scola) transferred units are not mentioned. THESE SHOULD BE EXCLUDED from voting...I'm hoping the legal team will be able to do so.

Also, Chadio on Stockhouse found these shares (Which should be excluded):

........doc...I found the Finsky associate with the 12 million shares......."Faith Union is owned by Sergey Yanchukov, an individual resident in Moscow, Russia. Through Faith Union, Mr. Yanchukov owns 12,820,513 shares of Century Mining Corp. "........from Zaruma"s sedar filing

September 16 2010:............."......closed the private placement announced September 15, 2010. The private placement consisted of 12,820,513 units (the "Units") of the Company, at a price of
.39 per Unit, for gross proceeds of $5,000,000......" .......".....The Company has paid a finder's fee of $250,000, representing 5% of the gross proceeds of the private placement....."....

now we know who the one placee was for this placement....wonder who got the 250 000?.....wonder if they still have those shares?
If these 68 million or so shares were to be excluded (And absolutely should be) Things would be looking very good for the no vote. If these shares are not excluded - it will be a very close vote which I think we can win.
THE BEST WAY TO ENSURE THAT WE WIN THE VOTE IS TO VOTE!!!!!!
