Liz, thanks for reminding us of Viola MacMillan, the grande dame of Canadian mining! A legend, and a woman who pulled herself up out of poverty by her bootstraps and rose to a commanding position in the industry. She did make mistakes along the way but lived down her critics and rose again.

Wish Peggy Kent was more like Viola.
