During the first quarter of 2009, Habibi Resources Corporation (the “Company”) plans to drill asecond well in the 7 Sections (4,480 acres) in which the Company holds P&NG Rights in theSangudo Area of Alberta. The well location is based on an earlier well drilled in 1999 by EncalEnergy Ltd. in 1999 to the Base of the Belly River sands. The said well was drill-stem tested at 928MCFD (later reduced to 738 MCFD). This indicated the presence of commercial gas in the zone and minimized the risk for the planned well. Although, with the current available technical information,it would be difficult to forecast accurately the reserves in the Section. Nevertheless from the history ofoccurrence of commercial gas in the Belly River area, it is believed that the possibility of findingcommercial natural gas in the new well is considered high. Furthermore, potential exists forcommercial hydrocarbons in several other geological horizons. It is estimated that the cost to drill andcomplete the well would be apx. $600,000 (drilling $400,000; completion $100,000; pipelines, etc.$100,000).

Gas reserves (Belly River sands only): 500 MMCF (min) to 1 BCF (max).Production rate: 500 MCFD with 10% decline yearly

Life: 3 to 6 years

Payout: 1 year assuming net back $4.00 per MCF after royalties, operating costs.
