Oil and Natural Gas Properties

Ronalene Property, Alberta

The company has an overall 30% undivided working interest, subject to certain royalties, in approximately 4,480 acres in the Sombrero Farm-Out Agreement, Ronalene Area, Alberta. Certain of the producing wells have varied participating interests pursuant to funding arrangements for drilling costs.

North Millican Prospect, Texas

The company holds an oil royalty interest in the Northeast Millican Prospect, Texas.

Wyoming and Colorado properties

The company also owns 100% interests in 24 oil and natural gas leases in the United States, including 15 leases covering 1,764 acres in Wyoming, and 9 leases covering 930 acres in Colorado. It intends to conduct exploratory and development activities at these sites.

In March, 2007, the company acquired a 100% interest in a petroleum and natural gas property in an area of 256 hectares in west central Alberta.
