Re: Insider sales.

At the moment I don't believe BXX has the funds to pay office staff. The monthly burn rate is high and is putting a strain on Elmer's efforts. Drilling exploration is moving at a snail's pace and placement funds have steadily been drying up.

Some of the BXX folks may need to sell shares to get by on a daily basis. Therefore I am not concerned with the removal of a small portion of shares from anyones portfolio.
