They may be low on funds. But if you can't attract new investors into buying shares. The funds will have to come from somewhere. Besides there own pockets. I don't want to buy into a company that isn't drawing interest from investors. Not seeing any shares moving makes me want to stand back. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's the bank account that has to be considered. I believe that insider selling and buying can help to stimulate some interest. Make a bit fluctuation in the market line is better than flat line. When I look at the chart and see nothing but a flat line (like it is right now), to me that is stagnant and can never make me any money. So why buy. JMO :)
