Paul M. Blythe
President, CEO and Director

Mr. Blythe has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry. Prior to forming Quadra, Mr. Blythe worked for Billiton Metals where he held the positions of Vice President, Project and Business Evaluation from 2000 to 2002 and Vice President, Special Projects from 1998 to 2000. While with Billiton Metals, Mr. Blythe was involved with a number of projects, including the acquisition of Rio Algom. Prior to joining Billiton Metals, Mr. Blythe spent four years as President and CEO of Compañia Minera Gibraltar Limitada where he was responsible for the development, construction and commissioning of the Lomas Bayas copper mine in Northern Chile. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Blythe acted as Mill Superintendent at the Gibraltar Mine in British Columbia and then as Vice President Projects, responsible for evaluation of exploration and development opportunities for Gibraltar. Mr. Blythe worked at various base metal and gold projects in supervisory and technical capacities before joining Gibraltar. Mr. Blythe was a director of Dayton Mining Corporation from 1998 to 2002.

Mr. Blythe obtained his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mineral Processing, from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London

Michael D. Winship, P. Eng.
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Winship has over 30 years experience in mine development, operations, and corporate business. During his career Michael has been involved in the operation or development of over 20 mines in diverse working jurisdictions including Australia, Papua New Guinea, the United States, Indonesia as well as northern Canada and the Sudbury Basin. Most recently Michael was the President and Chief Operating Officer with Hudbay Minerals Inc. Prior to Hudbay, Michael was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with PT International Nickel Tbk. Between 2000 and 2007 Michael worked at Vale Inco where, in his last position as Vice President, Mining & Milling, he was responsible for seven nickel/copper/PGM mines and central processing milling operations in Sudbury. Prior to Vale Inco, Michael was the General Manager for several Placer Dome operations including the Getchell Gold Mines in Nevada, USA, the Dome Mine in Timmins, Ontario, and the Campbell Mine in Red Lake Ontario among others.

Michael holds a bachelor's degree in mining engineering from McGill University.

William (Bill) Shaver, P.Eng.
Executive Vice President, President & CEO of DMC Mining Services

Mr. Shaver is a Queen's University mining engineering graduate and a co-founder of Dynatec Corporation. From 1980-2004, he was Senior Vice President of Dynatec and responsible for all Mining Services Operations. From 2006-2008, he served as Executive Vice President, Mine Development and Canadian Operations for Denison Mines Corp. In September 2008, Mr. Shaver was appointed President, DMC Mining Services, a division of FNX and in December 2008, Mr. Shaver was also appointed COO of FNX Mining Ltd.

Robert (Don) MacDonald,CA
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. MacDonald has more than 25 years experience in the mining industry. He started his career in 1976 with Coopers & Lybrand in London and moved to Vancouver in 1980 when he became involved in his first mining operation a large molybdenum mine in BC. Over his career Mr. MacDonald has been involved in the operation or development of multiple mines extracting base metals, gold and diamonds and including open pit, underground and heap leach operations. Prior to joining Quadra, he was CFO of NovaGold Resources a company developing two of the largest gold and copper projects in North America, and prior to that he was CFO of De Beers Canada Mining and Dayton Mining. From 1983 to 1991 he was VP Finance of Granges Inc. during which time it expanded from one operating mine in 1983 to five mines by 1988.

Mr. MacDonald holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Engineering from Oxford University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Derek White, CA
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. White has over 22 years of financial experience in the mining and metals industry. He started his career in 1986 with Coopers & Lybrand LLC, in Vancouver and Johannesburg. In 1992, he joined Impala Platinum Ltd. and held financial management positions in both mine operations in South Africa, and metals trading in London. He joined Billiton International Metals BV in 1994, as part of the Gencor Ltd. acquisition team, and held executive financial positions in The Hague, London, and Toronto where he was Chief Financial Officer of the Base Metals Division, formed after the acquisition by Billiton Plc of Rio Algom Ltd. In 2003, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of International Vision Direct Corp., an online contact lens retailer and winner of the 2003 Ernst &Young LLP - Pacific Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Mr. White holds an undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Accountant

Catharine Farrow
Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Farrow has more than 17 years of resource-related experience in research, government and industry. Prior to joining Quadra FNX she held roles of increasing responsibility at FNX Mining, from Chief Geologist (2003-2006), through Director of Exploration (2006 -2007), Vice President of Exploration (2007-2008), and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Technical Services (2009-2010). She was instrumental in building and directing FNX's successful exploration and geology team during that time. From 1996 to 2003 she was the Mineralogy/Petrology Specialist in exploration and technical services at Inco Ltd., and worked on a range of projects from project evaluation to mineral processing to research, supervised the mineralogy/mineral processing laboratory in Sudbury, and acted as the PGE specialist for international exploration. While completing graduate studies she began her career in 1993 as a Mineral Deposits Geoscientist with the Ontario Geological Survey. Dr. Farrow has been recognized nationally for outstanding contributions to geoscience and engineering by several organizations, including the Geological Association of Canada, and the Canadian Partnership Group for Science and Engineering. She is widely published as an expert in PGE deposits, is an Adjunct Professor at Laurentian University, a member of the Research Management Committee of the Centre for Excellence in Mining Engineering in Sudbury, a member of the Board of Directors of the PDAC, and a member of several professional organizations.

Dr. Farrow obtained her BSc (Honours) in Geology from Mount Allison University, her MSc in Geology from Acadia University, and her PhD in Earth Sciences from Carleton University in Ottawa.

Gord Morrison
Executive Vice President, Geoscience and Exploration

Mr Morrison has 40 years of experience in the mining industry, covering all aspects of geological applications from underground mining to international mineral exploration. Mr Morrison held the position of Senior VP Exploration at FNX Mining prior to joining Quadra FNX. Mr Morrison was with FNX Mining since its inception in 2002 and led the exploration efforts of the company during that time, except for being VP Corporate Development from 2007-2008. Prior to joining FNX Mining, Mr Morrison worked 32 years for Inco Limited where he was part of, and led, very successful exploration teams that were responsible for the discovery of a number of world class deposits. Mr Morrison is an acknowledged expert in the geology and exploration of the Sudbury Complex. As well, Mr Morrison served as technical advisor on other major exploration programs such as Voisey's Bay and has world wide experience in the exploration for nickel, copper and platinum group metals.

Gord received his education at Queen's University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.

Guy Le Bel, Ing., MBA
Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Le Bel has over 25 years experience in the mining industry, focusing on valuation, financial analysis and strategic and business planning. Prior to joining Quadra Mining, Mr. Le Bel was Corporate Development Consultant to Inco Limited's Strategic Planning Group. Between 1998 and 2000, he was Manager, Business Valuation with Rio Algom. Following the acquisition of Rio Algom by BHP Billiton, Mr. Le Bel was Senior Business Advisor to BHP Billiton Base Metals. From 1987 to 1998, he held the positions of Financial Analyst and Manager, Financial Planning with Cambior Inc. Prior to joining Cambior, Mr. Le Bel worked as Mining and Geotechnical Engineering with Golder Associates.

Mr. Le Bel received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the Laval University in 1980, his Masters from the University of British Columbia in 1982, and his MBA from L' École des Hautes Études Commerciales in 1990. Mr. Le Bel is a licensed member of OIQ and member of PDAC.

John Bailey
Executive Vice President, Commercial

Mr. Bailey has more than 30 years of financial and commercial experience, ten of which have been in the mining business. Prior to joining Quadra on March 1, 2005 he worked as a consultant to Quadra on insurance, risk management and a number of other commercial matters.

Mr. Bailey started his career in the accounting profession in the UK and then joined Price Waterhouse in the Netherlands. In 1975 he joined Shell International Petroleum and from 1977 to 1979 worked as a financial analyst at Billiton International Metals in The Hague. From 1979 to 1986 he was Vice President Finance of Billiton Canada Limited. Between 1986 and 1994 he held various roles in the Downstream and Chemical business of Shell International Petroleum in the UK. In 1994 he moved to the Regional Treasury division of Shell International and specialized in project financing, particularly on projects in lesser developed countries. Between 1997 and 2002 he was controller and then CFO of the Shell Retail business in the UK before returning to Canada in 2003.

Mark E. Blakely
Executive Vice President, Sierra Gorda Project

Mr. Blakely has more than 30 years of experience in mining industry executive management, business development and operations/project management and administration. While at Quadra FNX, Mr. Blakely has managed the construction and start up of the Carlota Copper Project, served as Senior Vice President of Project Services and now is responsible for the development of the Sierra Gorda Project. Mr. Blakely worked for the Ledcor Group of Companies prior to his joining Quadra in 2006. At Ledcor, he worked as Manager of US Business Development advancing to General Manager, United States Operations and finally Director of Strategic Planning and Development where he was responsible for the business development programs of the Ledcor Civil/Mining business units.

Prior to this, Mr. Blakely was with the Mining Division of the Washington Group where he held the position of Director of Business Development from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, previous industry experience includes a variety of senior operations managerial positions with MK Gold Company, Morrison Knudsen Corporation in the U.S. as well as principal engineering positions with Bechtel Civil and Minerals Corporation and Raymond Kaiser Engineers in Australia.

Mr. Blakely obtained his Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Texas at El Paso. He has served on the Deans Advisory Board, College of Mines and Earth Resources, University of Idaho and on the Board of Trustees of the Northwest Mining Association.

Nawojka Wachowiak
Vice President, Investor Relations

Ms. Wachowiak has over 10 years of experience in equity research. Prior to joining Quadra FNX Ms. Wachowiak held the position of Base Metal Analyst at Genuity Capital Markets (2008-2010) and prior to this was a Mining Analyst at BMO Nesbitt Burns (2006-2008). Between 2002 and 2006 Nawojka worked as an Analyst/Associate at HSBC Securities, covering both gold and base metal companies out of New York and Toronto. Prior to her career in finance she worked in mineral exploration.

Ms. Wachowiak obtained her Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Masters of Science degrees in geology from the University of Toronto.

Julia Micks
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Micks has over twenty years of experience in the field of Human Resources and brings over fourteen years experience within the mining industry to Quadra FNX. She joined FNX Mining Company Inc. in March 2006 as Director, Human Resources and was responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategy, compensation and benefits. Prior to joining FNX, her responsibilities as the corporate Manager of Human Resources for Aur Resources Inc. included human resources, compensation and benefits. She has also worked at Mercer Human Resources Consulting as well as Cineplex Odeon Corporation where she administered the Canadian and U.S. pensions and benefits plans.

Ms. Micks holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Certificate in Business from the University of Toronto.

A. Terrance MacGibbon
Chairman of the Board

Mr. MacGibbon, B.Sc., P.Geo., ICD.D, is a registered professional geologist with over 40 years of international experience in the mining business. Terry is the founder, Chairman and the CEO of FNX Mining Company Inc., a TSX-listed Canadian mining company that has emerged over the past five years from a junior exploration company into a mid-tier diversified Canadian mining company that produces nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum, palladium and gold from its mineral properties located in the Sudbury, ON, Canada mining camp. Prior to joining FNX Mining in 1997, Terry was employed for three decades by the former Inco Limited culminating in him directing Inco's world wide exploration activities. In 2005, Terry was awarded the prestigious Prospector and Developer Association's Developer of the Year award and in the fall of that year Ernst and Young honoured Terry for his successes at FNX with an Entrepreneur of the Year award. Terry is a certified director, Institute of Corporate Directors, and has held directorships and senior executive positions in several TSX and TSX Venture public mining companies.

William H. Myckatyn
Vice Chairman and Lead Director

Mr. Myckatyn has over 30 years experience in the mining industry. Prior to forming Quadra, Mr. Myckatyn was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dayton Mining Corporation from 1998 to April, 2002 where he led the restructuring of the company and its subsequent merger with Pacific Rim Mining Corp. He has been Chairman of the merged entity since that time. Prior to 1998, Mr. Myckatyn was President and CEO of Princeton Mining Corporation, overseeing completion in 1997 of the construction of the Huckleberry open-pit copper mine in British Columbia and the 1998 merger of the company with Imperial Metals Corporation. Mr. Myckatyn worked for Gibraltar Mines Limited from 1991 to 1996, initially as Mine Manager and ultimately as President and CEO as the company transitioned from being controlled by Placer Dome Inc. into an independent growth oriented public company, and through its acquisition by Westmin Resources Inc. in 1996. For over ten years prior to that, Mr. Myckatyn worked for various operations controlled by Placer Dome Inc. and its associated and predecessor companies including four separate mines in Australia and the Philippines.

Mr. Myckatyn is the Chairman and a director of Pacific Rim Mining Corp. and a director of First Point Minerals Corporation. Mr. Myckatyn received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1972 and is a registered member of the British Columbia Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.

Geoffrey S. Belsher
Director, Secretary

Mr. Belsher is a partner at the law firm Blake, Cassels & Graydon (U.S.) LLP. He practises in the area of corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and cross-border transactions. Mr. Belsher has worked at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP since 1989. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia Law School where he taught Advanced Corporate Transactions for ten years. He has also been an instructor in Osgoode Hall Law School's national Master of Laws in Securities Law program. Both of these courses cover corporate governance and the fiduciary obligations of directors. Mr. Belsher is an editor of the Lexis/Nexis British Columbia Business Corporations Act and Commentary, is an editor for the Bowne Appeal International Securities Laws Handbook and has written and spoken in the area of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Mr. Belsher is ranked by a number of publications as one of the leading corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions lawyers in Canada.

Mr. Belsher is a member of several legal and industry organizations including the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. Mr. Belsher holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. from Simon Fraser University.

Franklin Lorie Davis
Director

Mr. Davis is with the law firm Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP where he practises corporate and securities law with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and mining. Mr. Davis is recognized in Law Business Research's Who's Who Legal: Canada 2010, The Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, the Best Lawyers in Canada, the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers and Canadian Who's Who. Mr. Davis has received a high rating signifying a high level of legal ability as well as a high adherence to the professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence by a legal directory based on confidential opinions from members of the bar.

Mr. Davis is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. Mr. Davis has served as a director of a number of TSX and TSX-V companies.

Duncan Gibson
Director

Mr. Gibson is a retired Vice Chairman of TD Bank. Over a 27 year career he oversaw Commercial Banking in Canada, Wealth Management globally and Retail banking in British Columbia. Additionally he spent nine years in Corporate Banking in New York. Mr. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and a MBA from University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Gibson is a member of the Board of West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. and a Trustee of Futuremed Healthcare Income Trust.

John Lydall
Director

Mr. Lydall is a mining engineer and corporate director who retired as Managing Director of the Mining Investment Banking Group at National Bank Financial in September 2003. Prior to this, Mr. Lydall held various positions at National Bank Financial and its predecessor company, First Marathon Securities Inc., ranging from mining analyst to senior investment banker. Mr. Lydall holds a B.Sc. in mining engineering from the University of Nottingham and a M.B.A. from the Cranfield School of Management.

Since late 2003 Mr. Lydall has acted on the board of directors for several TSX listed companies.

Greg Van Staveren
Director

Mr. Van Staveren is currently the President of Strategic Financial Services, a private company providing business advisory services. From February 1998 until September 2001, Mr. Van Staveren was the Chief Financial Officer of MartinRea International Inc., a TSX traded automotive parts company, and prior to that he was partner in the mining group of KPMG, a professional services firm. He had been with KPMG since 1980. Mr. Van Staveren currently acts as a director to one mining company that trades on the TSX, and two other companies that trade on the TSX venture exchange.

Mr. Van Staveren is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Math (Honours) degree from the University of Waterloo.

He has dedicated time and financial support to medical, education, cultural and sports related community efforts. He has Chaired the Boards of Corporations, Universities, and Charitable Organizations and contributed expertise to many industry related organizations including the Ontario Road Builders Association and National Concrete Producers Association, Cancer Care Ontario, Ontario's Promise and Chairman of Laurentian University.

Mr. Wallace is currently serving on the Boards of the following Public Corporations: Xstrata Canada Limited, Northstar Aerospace, Brookfield Infrastructure Partners and Brookfield Power Advisory Board. He previously held positions on the Boards of Rio Algom, Baton Broadcasting Corporation, CTV, Falconbridge, Noranda, and Chaired the Board of Osprey Media Group. He also has extensive merger and acquisition experience Chairing the Independent Committees for CTV, Rio Algom, Falconbridge, and Osprey Media.

Ken Williamson
Director

After completing his Master of Business Administration, Mr. Williamson began his career as a corporate planner. In 1980 he joined Midland Doherty / Midland Walwyn as an Investment Banker and remained with that organization after it was acquired by Merrill Lynch Canada. Since 1993, Mr. Williamson has acted on the board of directors and audit committees for several TSX listed companies.
