Developing large acreage positions of unconventional and conventional oil and gas resources
When looking at the most recent Falcon presentation update it appears they have reached the point of "proven" resources, especially with looking at the last cell of the table in slide 12---Gas in Place: 126 Billion Cubic Feet Per Section...that's very sizable. This leads one to ask the question, are they ready to monetize? Or, do they still need to travel down the commercially viable route? With the temporary moratorium in place I'm sure that would diminish the current value a bit, but given the size of this resource and Falcon's open position of "no desire" to be in the production business, it appears to me that they must be moving toward monetization.....any opinions on this view or am I way out of line, or just overly optimistic at this point in time?
Thanks for any thoughts/opinions on this
