Hi Oz,

Just trying to clear up some confusion here as the names are very close. When you spoke to Peter Smith he hinted that he thought Sheldon from PNP has holding down the stock, is that correct? As this is what I understood when I talked to him.

Patrick Sheriden Sr, owns 20% or there abouts of FNC, is this everyones understanding? Sheriden  Sr was Pres of Lyndex Exploration, correct?

Okay, once we have this cleared up the names, as they are confusing especially when talking to other investors we can start figuring out a few things.

Does anyone else after talking to Peter Smith think someone else is calling the shots? What's the deal with no website? I asked Peter and he said he didn't want to show his hand, he figured if he had a website he would have to put all relevant company info on it. Does this not seem odd? I mean as investors do we not have the right to this kind of info to keep the playing field level? What other secrets and/or facts are the shareholders of FNC not getting from management?

If Sheldon (PNP) is holding down the share price as Smith thinks/hints at, what would be his reason in doing so? Same time as Smith was telling me Sheldon was holding down the shareprice Deb Chapman was slinging paper into public market, at a fast and furious pace, he forgot to tell me this part. Of course the part of Gilles Dubuc, Mike Sayer and Peter himself selling into the market was never brought to my attention either. In hindsight after hearing about the options being granted for $1.90, I can understand some of those sales. But what do we make of the insider sales for under the $1.90 option price?

Are we going to see a PP shortly? Is that the reason for the share price being held down? If so, is this going to be an inside PP, available only to insiders? Are we to expect a PP around $1.20, I get that price from stock trading currently at $1.50 then a 20% discount, which would bring it in the district of $1.20, any thoughts on this?

Which would bring me back to my original thought, who's running this company? Is Patrick Sheriden calling the shots here? If so, I have some scarey thoughts, which I will keep to myself.

Lets be honest with each other guys, this stock with the proximity and all signs pointing to the possibilty it has motherlode, deserves a market cap much higher than $50 million. A $100 to $150 million market cap would be much closer to what it should be. What am I missing here?

So many questions, so few answers. Help me out here guys. Let me know what you's think.

Thanks in advance,

Al
