I think so. Proximity to Eagle 1 is a given. Great mineralization, however, is not. But as I said, I'm a shareholder.
However, the word "speculative" should be written with a large "S" to be "Speculative". To my way of thinking, the key ingredient for the investor in a junior miner is knowing "the companies management" and "how they operate".
I think Nemis of Noront rates a 9 to a 10. What does Smith of Fancamp rate? What does his Board rate?
As I said, Fancamp is Speculative. You buy your shares; you take your chances.
