If ghost bridge is feed that resulted in Eagle 1, the Fancamp Anomoly could be a significant resource, and in comparison to the diagram posted by Helium where the anomoly is balanced across both stakeholders property justifying 50-50 deal, a joint venture between NOT and FNC would seem to justify it being weighted in Fancamp's favour.
