Roos ....

Shareholder action works. It worked over at Spider Resources (SPQ).

In fact, the shareholders who pushed for a vote against SPQ Resolution #12 (a reverse split resolution) at the SPQ AGM could have done more including a vote against installing one of the Directors.

By the way, the number of shares voted against Resolution #12 were 37 million versus 30 million for. Not bad.

One thing that I realized as a more mature human being working in the corporate world was that if you promise something, YOU MUST DELIVER. Otherwise your credibility is NIL. Neil Novak at SPQ has shown some tendency for saying one thing, and delivering something else. Saying something one day, and saying something different another day.

Is Mr. Smith following the same path? Sounds like it.

Obfuscation and lying (if that's what it is) to the shareholder (e.g., owner of the company) is bad. REAL BAD.

So when is the next annual general meeting for Fancamp? Where will it be held?

If shareholders (like myself) are p - - d off, then concrete action can be taken. And it can work.
