Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
and the visuals to be released on C-1, I hope we can see some formal announcement concerning the Magpie shares later this week. For those shareholders still not fully on top of the Magpie story (and that maybe a great percentage of us), Cappysmart provided an excellent overview of the property and possibilities in a July 27th 06:25 post.
For those interested, scroll back to read this overview as well as a post I believe by luker on July 28th, which provides two links to Fancamp and Magpie Mines.

Since Fancamp will receive 27.5 million shares of the new company, and with the reported huge resource of the Magpie deposit, this could be of great importance to all shareholders. I think it is very reasonable to see a PR covering this sale, as the deal apparently was done in February of '08.
I note with some interest one line out of the Canoe Money article dated 2/l9/08: "The Magpie Mines is a private company but intends to go public this year, Fancamp said." Right. And I intend to marry a supermodel, but that ain't happening is it? Like to know who comprises The Magpie Mines, a private company? So would I. like to know approximately how long it takes to list a company on the TSX and to subsequently issue shares? So would I.
FNC's website shows their earliest PR to be in February '08 dealing with a McFaulds update. In that Fancamp reportedly sold their stake in the Magpie property in February or just before. I think these developments are of significant importance enough to be highlighted in the website.
greatlife has previously brought up a good point. There are plenty of newer shareholders that got into this play after Feb/08 and would know nothing of Magpie. Most of us wouldn't have either except for a couple of sharp, fairly well informed posters here. A shareholder should have details or certainly additional information on this development to enable them to make a considered decision to buy, hold, or fold 'em going forward.
Would you like to know more about the 43-101 report done by Genivar on the Magpie property alluded to by Cappysmart in his July 27th post-that was supposed to be done by June? Right. So would I...
Here's a suggestion: how about bringing on board a university geology major to work as an intern for the company to be responsible for updating the website. This intern could show a hell of a resume going forward simply by being associated with FNC.
