Agreed. Likely the reason Noront wouldn't play ball with Probe when Probe wanted to deal. On the other hand Noront has always indicated strong interest in a deal with FNC.

I get the impression Noront, with a full plate, don't terribly mind not inking an FNC deal and understand fully why FNC would like to have a 'look/see' prior to sitting down and talking seriously.

Eventually some kind of win/win deal between Noront and FNC has a lot of merit.
