NOT were supposedly interested in JV late last year and if they really wanted a piece of what might be on FNC claims they could grab all of the shares being offered for about $2,000,000. They have the cash and this would give them 10-15% interest in FNC with option to excercise warrants to run interest up to 15-20%.

If FNC were to hit and NOT have that chunk of the company in the bag, the scenario could simplify a major moving in to control a large piece of McFaulds.
