I am somewhat sceptical regarding NOT's "new" mineralization zone and here's why.

NOT 07-05 is at least 250 meters away from 08-44,collar to collar,as the crow flies.Mineralization in 07-05 ends at 127.4 m(true depth) 08-44 encountered minerals between 294 and 322 m of core length at -50 degrees dip.I haven't done the full geometric calculations but it does seem that the ground below hole 5 is out of reach of hole 44.

Now consider NOT 07-27. From 08-44,collar to collar in the same direction as hole 5,the distance to hole 27 is approx. 165 meters.From NOT press Jan.28/08 :

NOT-07-27

intersected mineralization between 112.8 meters and 159 meters that over 46.6

meters averaged 6.25% nickel, 2.75% copper, 1.85 g/t platinum, 10.23 g/t palladium, 3.0 g/t gold

and 10.3 g/t silver.

This well mineralized zone contained a 35.6 meter wide massive sulphide

mineralized section between 116.8 meters and 152.4 meters that graded 7.91% Ni, 3.45%

Cu, 1.66 g/t Pt, 12.79 g/t Pd, 3.87/t Au and 9.27 g/t Ag

Could it be possible that 08-44 was deliberately drilled towards 07-27 zone as a publicity stunt to instill some confidence in the new BOD and at the same time provide a bit of a smoke screen or distraction while the new PP and options plan gets pushed through?

Of course this is all just an opinion.GLTA!
