FNC was the highest rising stock today in the ROF.

Up an astounding 81.81%!

Perhaps there is good news coming that effects both FNC and our neighbor NOT (up 73%).

Late this aftertoon, Marc Faber of the Gloom, Doom and Boom report recommended base metals over gold saying these industrial metals are way over sold. This may have had an impact as well.

Happy days in the ROF again?
