Don't know where I got the info that Blackmont was the seller. I probably talk to 20 people in a day and someone told me so, but I can't honestly say it is right.

However house 01 is not either Blackmont or mineralfields. This is not to say that either one of them could be selling as house 01, but the designation belongs to no one in particular.
