Could be true to a certain extent, Cappy. An event like this though is like a sandstorm in the desert. When you wake up the next morning, the landscape is completely changed. I was one of the ones who took advantage of the selloff. As a result my cost average is greatly reduced. Normally I abhor selling a stock at a loss, and would have had to see the mid .40's to be in the money. Now it only has to be into the low .20s. Time will tell as to what effect this has if the SP climbs back to where it was a month ago, but it is bound to change my strategy to some effect.
