I think Smith did good rasing cash as he did'nt over do it and puts him position to move ahead getting things ready for drilling and for whatever is going on behind the scene on Mag pie.

Things seem to be almost ready to bust wide open with the Noront results which could put FNC in a very desireable spot ,so being ready to move with the right timing is of the essance.

You dont want to waste 2 or 3 weeks raising capital at that time.You should be ready to move on it.
