Doesn't go as far as it once would have in this industry. I can't imagine it could be used for much more than general administrative as well as maintainance expenses for existing claims.

You'd be hard pressed to get a more than a hole or two for that amount, let alone a single deep hole - which could be strategic at a time like this.
