Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
hi fani, have been away here on ago for over a year after finding out about the real color of agora's activities.
anyhow, after reading your post, i signed in again for the first time after those dark days.
why? to support you, your thoughts and activities.
because our investments here are under serious threat to become pretty worthless if things don't change quickly and radically.
i fully agree; we (united shareholders) should force smith out of his too convenient ceo seat. I also agree the man has been a good prospector - but that doesn't make him capable of properly running the next challenging stage that now became at stake for our company.
i happen to know that his biggest shareholder might even agree at this point in time and be open for a change. sensitive because of a possible heavy pull back of the stock markets due to the worldwide depression that might be upon us soon. will try to get that 100% clear over the next weeks to come. most likely that will happen during the pdac.
please do note that we're not alone in not trusting mr. smith, who had many many changes but blew them all and with conviction, with our invested dollars any longer.
i happen to know that quite a substantial group of shareholders want the man to go NOW! we're not talking just hundred thousands of shares here, but substantial amounts.
i mean i don't have to go in detail about the failures that have lead to this public statement; we all know and remember the blunders that have been painting the sp of this stock so bleakly year after year and made it's investing history so mediocre compared to it's peers and not to forget compared with the potential of the properties this publicly traded company is carrying.
why? plain and simple because mr. smith is so incapable as a ceo. i'm 100% sure that a majority of the shareholders invested here, are not even 50% aware how badly this company is managed and has been managed on a day-to-day basis.
don't want to make this post too aggressive, although i'm totally fed up, so will not go into all details, but i guess we're all onboard with this.
still want to bring up one single issue - are the necessary tests, needed to at least be able to sell magpie, finally done? i mean we have been patiently waiting for this to happen don't we?
let me take the liberty to give you the answer; after almost half a year not one attempt whatsoever has been done to have this taken care of. papers still on mr. smith's desk, just covered in dust and hardly noticeable anymore. not kidding here. (@^&*()(&^%*(*&&&%#!!!!)
i would suggest creating a sign up list, with shares being held by this group of worried and angry shareholders. unite as much as we can around this idea. a group meeting @ the pdac might also be an opportunity to fully establish the potential of this idea imo.
i have been involved mostly behind the scenes in a couple shareholders revolts over the past years, and trust me this one should be successful for the sake of our children and based on the amount of shares held by worried investors.
if we leave this man sitting on our hard earned money staring in the headlights of for instance the fiercely approaching noront train, we will definitely loose most of our money and potential before we even have realized what happened. mr. smith still looking for his glasses and where he left his papers involved...
not ranting against noront here, not interested in steering up those emotions again and not useful at all. but we all have seen what happened with not, fwr and cliffs and how both jnr managements played their own money game, not representing any shareholders interest what so ever.
so we know already whom we are dealing with here, and we now also have a better inside of the financial character of our new board member. so don't trust on those, just filling their own pockets that is all they do if push comes to shove.
so people, we have to do it ourselves, before it is too late. so please spread the word.
'SMITH as a CEO should GO! the SOONER the BETTER.
please repeat after me, loud and clear wherever you are, at this very moment in time. get those frustrations out of your throut at least for one time. we have been suffering enough.
and please keep doing so, wherever you get a chance. don't hide just speak out!
i will certainly not stop to spreading this message loud and clear.
nothing personal by the way just totally fed up.
cheers.
all thoughts welcome.
