NOT seems to me to be financially crippled, esp when Wes tells people at PDAC that "share price doesnt matter", as its price prepares to slip below $1.00, so I think they are out of the running to acquire FNC as the dilution would be prohibitive and no one is going to fork over the cash for NOT to try anything else.

CLIFFS might be the right one, as apparently FNC has something someone wants, but considering the properties they have, I cannot guess which one or ones it might be. I have a fairly long shot idea, but I dont expect to see anything like it come true.

For me as to FNC, its an "Acquire & Wait" sort of deal, as the 30's and 40's look like a good place to grab some and stash it away.
