Mr. Michael Dehn reports
ARGEX REPORTS ADDITIONAL INTERSECTIONS OF MASSIVE TITANIFEROUS MAGNETITE FROM EAST HERVIEUX
Argex Silver Capital Inc. has released additional drilling at the La Blache property, East Hervieux occurrence. To date, 69 holes have been completed on the East Hervieux Occurrence. This drilling has better defined the geometry and potential size of the East Hervieux Occurrence. The strike length of massive titaniferous magnetite at the East Hervieux occurrence has been identified over a strike length of more than 1000m.
  • -- 39 additional holes completed at East Hervieux Occurrence
  • -- 69 holes now completed on East Hervieux since April 2010
  • -- Massive Titaniferous Magnetite mineralization has been identified in drill core to a down hole depth of 287.85m in hole HE-10-067, 294m in hole HE-10-065 and 297.5m in HE-10-064
  • -- Massive Titaniferous Magnetite mineralization identified in large outcrops on surface and to a vertical depth of 656 feet (200m) below surface in drill core
  • -- Drilling continues at East Hervieux
Large massive titaniferous magnetite outcrops have been identified on the East Hervieux west occurrence. Additionally, several drill holes have collared in bedrock consisting of massive titaniferous magnetite (HE-10-032, HE-10-035, HE-10-036, HE-10-040 and hole HE-10-054).
Deeper drill holes have also intersected significant widths of massive titaniferous magnetite including 52.35m (174.7 feet) from 245.15m to 297.5m in hole HE-10-064, 36.25m (118.9 feet) from 257.75m to 294m in hole HE-10-065, and 23.15m (76 feet) from 264.7m to 287.85m in hole HE-10-067. The intersection in hole HE-10-064 from 245.15m to 297.5m demonstrates the zone is still mineralized to a vertical depth of 200m (656 feet).
The thickest drill intersections along the length of the core in this reported drilling is 62.4m (204.7 feet) from 74.3m to 136.7m in hole HE-10-062, 60.2m (197.5 feet) from 47.3m to 107.5m in holes HE-10-063 and 61.3m (201.1 feet) from 50.7m to 112m in hole HE-10-048.
The wide intersections and continuity to depth is very encouraging. Additional wide step out drill holes will be completed at East Hervieux in the coming weeks to test the potential stike extension of mineralization as well as additional high magnetic targets.
All results are drill intersections along the length of the core and may not be representative of the true thickness. A summary of drilling at East Hervieux is provided in the table below:

These results further demonstrate the continuity of structure and mineralization along strike and to depth. Assay results will be released when they have been received by the company.
Argex is moving rapidly with drilling in order to complete a National Instrument 43-101 compliant technical report on the mineral resource estimate for the La Blache Project in 2010.
The drill program was planned and is being supervised by Jean-Sebastien Lavallee, PGeo (l'Ordre des geologues du Quebec No. 773), Consul-Teck Exploration Inc., of Val d'or, Quebec, Argex's Silver Capital Inc. consulting geologist and qualified person since 2007, as well as reviewing and approving this release. The drilling is being completed by Major Drilling Group International Inc., with crews being based out of the Val d'or, Quebec, office. Samples were sent for analysis in sealed containers to the Chemex laboratory in Val d'Or by employees of Consul-Teck Exploration. Chemex is the laboratory used for analysis of all samples from programs on the La Blache property. The samples are weighed and identified prior to sample preparation. The samples are crushed to 70 per cent, minus two millimetres, then separation and pulverized to 85 per cent, passing 75 (micro) m. All samples are analyzed using ICP-81 (iron-titanium) and using ME-XRF-10 for vanadium.
