I've never posted here before and I hold pocket change worth of FNC shares. However, I love the properties that Smith has accumulated.

It's funny because each of ROF, Beauce and Magpie are truly compelling stories and I would love to invest into each and every one of them...but separately.

It seems as though FNC is worse off for having 3 marquis properties. NOT won't want the Beauce, Osisko won't the ROF, nobody wants the Magpie (yet).

Has it ever been considered to spin these assets off?

I'm sure it's a logistical and legal nightmare but it would have to be better to raise money and for the SP.

All it's neighbours everywhere are going up in value, yet FNC still goes down. It's actually incredible.
