perhaps with Pat's departure, due to ill health, Fancamp's anchor is lifted. Pat was a source of frustration to Smith as Pat's motives often differed from the immediate gratification Smith preferred. Smith often complained that Pat stallerd on Magpie and other projects.
Though I sympathize with his ill health, as I'm away two weeks dealing with family tragedy and corresponding falily drama, with Pat liquidating FNC shares we may finally see some action.
Smith has demonstrated fast action of buying and selling cheap that doesnt maximize property. he seems to want to max magpie, but Pat had unfathomable motives that delayed a sale. my personal debate is do I want a little profit this month or max profit 3 to 6 months from now once Fouad's independent company completes metellurical work?
I lean to immediate gratification. As we see in this volatile market. for exploration companies profit is now and developer companies can look 5 to 20 years from now for profit.
sorry I havn't had time to respond to PM's. plus no computer access. friend writing this for me.
