when we write negativism towards Smith I'm sure he reads them and thinks FNC wouldn't have potential to skyrocket if it weren't for his buying up land. Consequently he discards arguements against him. Negativsm needs to be accompanied by facts associated with CEO negligence. Otherwise, the positive aspects of Smith's CEO ability remain strong. 1) He is gifted at buying land inexpensively that neighboring companies prove valuable. I love that talent in my FNC CEO. 2) He has been negligent as a CEO due to...(list in detail), 3) these are the corrective measures he needs to take...(list in detail), 4) the following people would make a fine replacement CEO ...(list their name and what they've accomplished). It may be that Smith is entering new territory that is above his head. If not a replacement CEO then a partner with complimentary savy that allows Smith to explore while the partner negotiates. -sg
