look what sheridan got for champion[6mil] and retains a 3% nsr along with fnc. 1 % maybe bought back for 1 mil. so 2 bucks is way too cheap. peter should split this company up. keep mcfaulds in one,magpie in one and the rest in one. i sure wouldn't want to see another fwr. too many good properties given away in the deal. peter believes the champion property could be worth alot more then sheridan got for his 17.5 %. offer 4 bucks i will think about it.
