Mac Watson was forced to resign as a director. He still remains on board in an advisory capacity. This advisory board consists of Mac Watson, John Harvey and Ed Thompson. Fwiw, they have a meeting planned for Friday to discuss results recently received and to put together a news release for about Tuesday next week.
