I should add that though we could easily boost the minimum dump share price, this dump calculation should unify us should someone make a hostile bid on FNC to gain 17.5% foothold on 16 Fermont properties. $1.21 x 60million = a market cap of $72,600,000 is change found in the paperclip holder of some of these companies. However, they will still low-ball a figure, believing a 60% increase is generous on their part. That would be an offer for .80c per FNC share.
An offer either approved by Smith or a hostile takeover attempt will have to be at least $1.21 per share which increases as Champion increases.
It will be a hostile or friendly offer (at least to Mineralfields), because we shareholders are so few, it would be too obvious if a hostile tried accumulating.
