While the cats away...

I'm getting news ripples that Pat is motivated to sell Lac Lamalee. But is he too motivated. I'm sure he regrets selling CHM interests too soon. But is he too motivated? The Irony is that I'm concerned Pat wants to sell Lac Lamalee too fast? When considering Magpie, this is irony indeed.
