Message: FNC Insider Buying : Peter Smith : Aquisition Warrants ?

I do not have enough resources to prop this stock up. With Smith back Tuesday, he's got to help a bit.But I did my best to get some answers to my questions, which should create expectations from us all for our CEO or for the primary shareholders. Expectations: decisive action with Magpie and Lac Lamalee.

1) Where is Larsen with Lac Lamalee? Is the dynamic a) any progress we make with Lac Lamalee is contrary to CHM interests, b) any progress we make improves the overall Fermont value for a package deal, c) irrelevant, a major will try to snatch properties one at a time no matter who owns it. Has anyone talked to him recently?

Answer: Larsen approached Smith for 17.5% offer just before Peter left for vacation. Smith said no, and we can assume CHM will approach him again with a larger offer. One can assume Larsen first wants to get Fancamp’s percentage of their properties before Lac Lamalee.

2) Where is Pat Sheridan with Lac Lamalee? Will he or has he already made a deal where he's sold his 50% interest to CHM or another player? Do we have right of first refusal to an offer? What are the consequences if CHM owns Lac Lamalee? Perhaps, they'll get it drilled right away.

Answer: Pat Sheridan wants Lac Lamalee spun off. He is not happy with the delay. There is absolutely no reason for further delay. Mineralfields is willing to fund the costs of a spin off and possibly development. Peter supports a spin off. If the wheels of Lac Lamalee spin off has not begun to move before this month’s end, then we should get demonstrative. However, I don’t see delay occurring anymore. I think, finally,Peter, Pat, and MF are all on the same page. For that matter Pat also wants Magpie sold or spun off ASAP.

3) I know we've done some initial geophysics over Lac Lamalee, but have we identified targets? Do we need some down hole geophysics to know exactly where to collar up? How long will it take to get a hole going? Can Larsen lend a hand here or would he be willing?

Answer: I have no answer. Except to redirect attention to my previous post:http://agoracom.com/ir/Fancamp/forums/discussion/topics/456420-to-those-who-drink-alone/messages/1481701#message

And go to section:FANCAMP SUITOR

There are things swirling around with this group but I can’t lock it down. I suspect they will have something to do with our future somehow. But that’s all I’ve got for now.

Also, one has to ask oneself, who would schedule a mid-winter helicopter to Magpie? I’m making elusive hints here because I have the clues, but not the connections yet. I need the new frenetic Sherlock Holmes and the Dr. Who writers to help me out.

4) Will Ron Wortel and Mineralfields tolerate a tiring Smith strategy of waiting to let Champion prove up surrounding territory before even poking a hole. Do they want to wait that long? Looking at the map, I don't see this as a strategy because the surrounding properties are already proved up. Lamalee Lake is smack dab in the middle of a threesome. Consolidated Thompson/Wisco Lamalee and Peppler is on one border, Arcelormittal's Fire Lake Mine and Champion's Firelake North share another border. So at this point our property is surrounded by cozy threesome of comprising of at least 2.4 billion tons of iron ore and that number needs an increased updating. So at this point, it's really time for Fancamp and Sheridan to begin drilling. Or is there some master behind the scenes strategy we are unaware of?

Answer: No. MF won’t tolerate it. Also, it might not be Wortel. We suspect another unknown mover within MF who makes things happen, and perhaps connected with Pat. If true, then MF and Pat will make sure progress towards shareholder value is accelerated. His estate stability seeks liquidity.Again, I’m just trying to connect the dots here. If both Lac Lamalee and Magpie is 50% held by Pat who wants liquidity and Pat is linked with someone who advises MF who controls up to 30%of the FNC side of the 50%, then these properties will be sold or spun off within a month. Paperwork could take longer, but the SP will reflect the intent of action. Let us assume, at the absolute minimum will be a double between now and then. This to me is obvious, but is the investing world aware of this? Peter needs to do his job, which is promotion.

5) Again, promotion. I just communicated with a ROF investor who still didn't get the fact that Fancamp has moved on from McFaulds. He was hesitant to buy into Fancamp because he wasn't sure Noront's feeder zone entered FNC's land? Well Wes has one theory and Smith and Harvey have another theory...etc...yawn! Haven't you been reading these posts? Fancamp is an iron exploration company. CHM, LacLamalee, Magpie, RGX. McFaulds is a bonus if we hit nickel once Mike gets back up to McFaulds. Fancamp needs to promote, perhaps in league with Champion, about what Fermont is all about.

Perhaps Peter can find some English investors to increase demand and raise the SP, because his promoting tactics aren't working. The iron ore is now known, so according to his theory, the SP should reflect the ore value. Well, .50c is truly silly. I don't get it? So if the sign says pull and you’re still pushing... new strategy.

Answer: I’ve e-mailed several promoters who have looked at our properties and don’t understand our low .50c value. There is a disconnect between our properties and the SP, which is exactly where promoters can help. Our “base” value is more the .50c as I previously posted:http://agoracom.com/ir/Fancamp/forums/discussion/topics/456653-dump-value-and-dump-sp-we-are-so-undervalued/messages/1482885#message

I’ve asked them if they can promote FNC even if Peter isn’t willing to do the dog and pony show. They think can come up with solutions. One of them has already contacted FNC and couldn’t comment. So we are moving along here.

My concern is that a major is inundated with hundreds of proposals by juniors every day. What makes our little properties stand out?Nothing. While you and I think Fermont is a big obvious deal, majors do not. So we’ve got to promote it like it is a big deal and have them come to us.

There are a lot of folks invested in FNC who know a lot more about the true money movers behind a Jr. Company the I do. However, investors must always expect three things from their CEO:

1)A timeline of decisive actions to increase shareholder value

2)A game plan

3)Active promotion

If your CEO doesn’t provide this, then there needs to be a correction. I am positive a combination of Smith, Mineralfields, and Sheridan will make a course correction. I see no reason why FNC won't be at $1.00 in 21 days, give a week reaction time for safety.
