"So this article seems to impart that the reason is a strike at FNC. I think this possible but see the holding of the sps of both FNC and NOT as...... indicators of takeover intentions. I think that the media being done on these companies in the ROF has moved the time frame ahead for takeovers. FNC is being currently held after a 15% gain by a very large iceberg at .53 which is determined to keep this price from getting out of hand even in spite of the days volume. With the sales momentum it had reaching .53 it had more than enough juice to pass 15% ,which isn't anything out of the ordinary, and only managed to squeak another two cents past that for the days high. It's been a buy/sell all afternoon for .53 with a flatline since 11:30 on the chart. Momentum hasn't let up so a flatline is a little unusual for a patient that is well alive."
