It appears the iron market, the Fermont situation, FNC's large shareholders, FNC's low market cap, have all aligned to give Smith an opportunity to line shareholder pockets. Now his CEO abilities with Granger will be tested

What are the detailed necessary steps and what are the obstacles to do so?

If you were big shareholder, what steps would you take.

If wildly successful what profit? If mildly successful what profit? If Smith does nothing...will it matter, will large shareholders act anyway?

These are the main issues we retail consider when investing with FNC.
