I'm in over my head when it comes to IPO details. I suspect Smith doesn't know either. The most knowledgeable about the transformative IPO process is Bob Granger. The overall idea is to get Magpie shares into FNC shareholders hands.

More importantly, our awareness is raised so we can make "helpful suggestions" and "encouragement" to assist Smith in choosing the best IPO variation that benefits FNC shareholders.

For those knowledgeable, what would you suggest? What variation would MF like? What would not be good and what would be most advantageous.
