hey fani,

you shouldn't take the outstanding shares as a basis but rather the fully diluted amount of shares.

Therefore CHM is worth about 280 MC ( 90,8 times 3,09) for 82,5 % Fermont.

FNC got 17,5 % of Fermont. That gives the FNC property a value of about 60 Mio CAD, exclusive the 1,5 NSR and the CHM shares.

According those facs a fair value of FNC shares should be at least around 1 CAD.

And dont forget, this calculation based on the fact that there is no value for ROF, Magiepie and Lamalee...
