if Peter does not stop spreading himself thin to survey each property then the market knows that fnc is coming looking for money. Hence the stock price stays low. If peter never shows that "dividends" or results are yielded then we don't advance and we risk missing this commodity boom.

there is a time and place for exploring - but consolitdate - focus - execute on a specific property before sending the message that we are moving onto something else.
