As for avoiding dilution, Peter did 6 PP´s in 2009 and 5 PP´s in 2010.

The latest one and the one prior to this from Dec. 10 are totalling just short of 19.4M shares (including warrants), which is nearly 40% of the outstanding shares.

That´s what I call massive dilution (and all between $ 0.52 and $ 0.75).

Ok, the acceleration clause for the $ 0.90 warrants has been increased from $ 1.30 to $ 1.75.

I´m really curious to see what´s happening now !
