Thats right.

1,46 Mio non ft shares.

But 9,7 Mio ft shares.

As you can see, most of the shares are ft. just about 10 % of the new shares are non ft

Nevertheless the story looks good.

Hope Mr. Smith is not gonna waste to much money, gets the company on track and gives us a huge increase in shareholder value.
