does anybody have any idea whats going on here?

SP went down from almost .80 to .475.

Someone mentioned that PS declined some kind of offer for Magpie or the CHM claims.

Would be a bette deal than what we got at this point, wouldn't it?

This story is getting very disappointing.....

Just some thougt of a shareholder who slowly gets tiered of this stock. What ever.
