News out of FNC is imminent. Higher probability of release every week/day that goes by without, imo. So highly likely news this week. FNC has a great deal in play, is more complex than most, and so it is more critical that ducks are in order, all players are on side and NRs are carefully crafted and properly timed/coordinated. That's my explaination for the perceived delays in NR releases, that and maybe just gamesmanship, waiting for others to play their cards first.
