ROF Classic Cut off date for accommodations

Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
Hi everybody ! Sorry to bug the forum about this again, but the cutoff date for reserving a room at the discounted rate of $89 at the Courtyard Marriot in Brampton has been moved up to this Friday !
As I will be out of town next week, you will need to contact me before this Friday at 4 PM, so that I can pass on the necssary booking info. for reserving the room.
So anyone needing a room that hasn't already reserved one for Friday or Saturday Sept. 16th/17th, please contact me by this Friday.
Also, the cutoff date for the golf portion of the tournament is fast approaching. For anyone who hasn't already entered or have not confirmed their entry, please contact me ASAP if you want to be golfing.
If you want to come just for dinner, I'll need to know that soon as well.
Cutoff dates will be announced when I return at the end of next week.
But if you need a discounted room at the Marriot, where a dozen ROF guests are already staying, then please contact me immediately.

The 3rd Ring Of Fire Golf Classic
and Dinner & Entertainment Extravaganza

Entrees are now being accepted for this event. You can enter for golf & dinner/entertainment or just dinner/entertainment.
*** The cost for golf & dinner/wine/entertainment is $140 per person. For dinner/entertainment only, it’s $60 per person.
*** Already confirmed in attendance and golfing for the day are Wes Hanson, Paul Semple & Greg Rieveley from Noront : Bruce Hodgson and Chris Macaw from KWG, Jim Voisin from UC with more to come hopefully.
*** The dinner will be simply, fabulous. Roast beef buffet with manned carving station, a roasted chicken dish prepared by the chef, roasted potatoes, fresh vegetables selected by the chef, penne and the chef’s own tomato or meat sauce, red or white wine, dessert, tea and coffee.
Who’s hungry !
*** Every person attending will be given a loot bag upon arrival at the course. There will be a registration tent set up for this on the first tee.
And also prizes for everyone ! So please get those prize donations in to me now, if you can claim the expense.
*** And LIVE entertainment ! Yep, two live bands, one a spectacular student jazz band and the other is a feature act.
*** Payments for this event can be made by credit card. Frank Dube (glorieux) is kindly once again providing this important service and he can now also accommodate Amex as well.
But please contact me first to let me know that you’re in and if you want to play in the golf tournament, I’ll need to know how good a golfer you are unless I already know from the last two years.
