Message: Positioning Ourselves

Positioning Ourselves

Fire Lake North sets the precedent for Lac Lamalee. Champion’s pure body of work gave us a guide. It’s not rocket science. You know generally where to dig. You work hard to drill and work twice as hard to obtain the financing.

As an exercise, let’s set aside the notion that CHM and FNC selling is facilitating an offer (although today’s selling seems unnaturally motivated), and assume CHM’s SP is where the market wants it to be on the down side of the iron rave and with its increased OS since original NPV on 11.3.10. They have positioned themselves to take advantage of the upcoming next wave of iron interest –only with much, much more iron.

Fancamp is also doing the same positioning. Only, due to CHM, we get to use them as a guide and shortcut by proximity. Smith’s last FNC news release began the steps in demonstrating that Lac Lamalee also has what FireLake North has –over 1 billion tons of iron ore –just as Peter Smith predicted.

Hopefully his prediction that Lac Lamalee also has the same ore body size or greater in Fire Lake North proves accurate. If at the end of October when the program ends we have an inferred 1 billion tons of iron, or at least enough prorf that if infilled, we would have that inferred amount, then we are positioned for the next iron spark. The proximity of Lac Lamalee with Fire Lake and Arcelor and Cliffs mines will allow investors to complete the infill to indicated before we actually get to it.

In the near future, if you were to look back at where we are today, the way many have done with CHM, we are at sub .30c of over 1 billion tons of iron with an NPV of what’s likely to be more than $2 billion –not including CHM interest and Magpie.

That is positioning our self for the next wave of iron enthusiasm. The wary investor might be weary of slam dunks and feel something unobvious is keeping it down. A savy investor need only look at FNC assays drills and compare with Fire Lake North's journey thus far and realize the current FNC SP is a slam dunk.

I’ve assembled the journey of CHM’s Fermont property. It really reveals their skill at working the News Releases to take advantage of the iron wave that was building at the time. They were prepared and they caught that wave. The following is all CHM Fermont related news releases, excluding most financing. Perhaps this gives perspective. Perhaps the NR’s can be used as a model to rewrite our last NR in CHM’s likeness.
