I believe the most likely investment is going to be from China. They are already to spend something like 15 billion in the area sounds to me like they are hooked up with ADI. Arcer and Cliffs have made purchases already will they do more I guess that depends if they feel threatened by the Chinese one thing is forsure when the bidding starts there could be multiple interested parties pushing our sp higher and higher. CHM has proven a vast resource the majors I'm sure have seen enough perhaps it's a Mexican standoff each one waiting for the other to make a bid who will end it and how much this is the question. The resource is to large and to needed to leave in the ground so it really is a matter of when not if!
